Moderation Notifications

When a judge releases someone on bail, grants pretrial release, or hands down a short sentence, that decision usually disappears from view. This initiative closes that loop: if a tracked judge's release or sentencing decision is followed by that same person victimizing someone else, the judge is notified directly.

The goal is accountability at the source. A judge who sees the direct, personal consequence of a lenient decision has a reason to weigh the next one differently. This initiative is still being scoped. Check back soon for details.
