We're building a defined set of sentencing and accountability criteria for all fifty states plus the federal system, sourced from the actual statute or bill text. Right now, we're doing active data collection in California, New York, and Massachusetts, and the map and state directory below show exactly where that stands. Our Federal section covers what Congress and the U.S. Sentencing Commission are doing. Our Policy Blueprints section offers model legislative language any state can adapt.
